Dr. Ross Stutman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. After his plastic surgery residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident, he completed a fellowship in oculoplastic and aesthetic surgery with Dr. Mark Codner in Atlanta: training centered on the delicate anatomy of the eyes and face.
